What is live shopping?
It's selling through a live stream: a host shows and explains the products, the audience asks questions in the chat and buys on the spot, from the stream itself or through a link to your store. It's the digital version of TV shopping, with real-time conversation.
Which platforms can it run on?
Instagram Live, TikTok Live, YouTube, Facebook or the live shopping platform built into your online store. If you already use one, we adapt to it; if not, we recommend the one that fits your audience and store.
Do you provide the host?
We can work with your sales team, with talent or with influencers. What sells best is usually someone who really knows the product, so we prepare the host with the script and a rehearsal before the show.
Can it be done from my store or warehouse?
Yes. We do a technical visit to check light, sound and internet, and build the set right there. If the space doesn't work, we set up a separate set, with green screen or a virtual set if the brand wants it.
Do you do series of shows or one-off events?
Both. A launch or a Cyber sale is produced as an event, and a weekly cycle runs on a fixed set and format, which lowers the cost of each show.
